Reminder

A reminder that the bill for the tour will come in at the end of January. This is to make sure that everyone is ready to pay then. I know some of you will be working and saving over the holidays so good luck with this !

Passports

Passports will need to be ready by the end of January 2009. Now is the time to apply at the Post Office if you don't have one. Passports must be valid for 6 months after our return to Australia. More information can be obtained at: http://www.passports.gov.au/Web/index.aspx

Chocolate Box Money and Fundraising

There is some confusion over the money earned from selling chocolates.

All details are contained in Gaynor's letter ( titled 128 days and counting ) but here is a reminder.

Fund-raising

Thank you to the parents who attended last night's fund-raising meeting. Chocolate boxes are in the library for collection. Remember that we are avoiding selling them at school as this is unfair. Funds will be pooled and allocated depending on commitment to fund-raising. A very big thank you to Gaynor Smidt for her organisation.
The next parent meeting is set for the 20th January at Roche's.
