It was 81 days to go as at the last meeting held at Roaches…on Tues 20/1/09
It was a bad time to have a meeting however, I thank those who could make it.

Matt has advised that
TOUR PAYMENT WILL NEED TO BE PAID FOR BY 3RD FEB.

CHECK IT OUT – HAS INFORMATION YOU MAYBE LOOKING FOR

The Chocolate Drive was well received – just a few outstanding – if I can get
money back before the end of January to finalise this … there were chocolates
unaccountable as well … this will be looked at when back at school.

THE MAJOR RAFFLE prizes were finalised and the tickets were
handed out – if you were not there Leonie Duck has your tickets –
Please catch up with Leonie to collect if she hasn’t found you ….

1. BBQ – complete with Apron and tongs & $30 meat voucher from Grafton Shopping World Butchery
2. Dinner 2/accommodation – Jacaranda Motel
3. Telstra Pre-paid Mobile Phone
4. $50 Voucher – Roaches
5. $50 Seafood Voucher – Yamba Fish Markets

Tickets are $2.00 each there is a book of 100 for each student to sell..
it will be draw at the trivia night. We have had to purchase at cost the
BBQ – it has been extremely difficult getting prizes donated.
Thank you to the Stackhouse Family and Emily Fairweather assisting
with these prizes.

THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE IN DATE ….. SORRY

YOU NEED TO BE THERE TO PICK - PACK & DELIVER your order.
You are responsible – any spoilage will be at your expense and the bakery will
not be asked to replace. The product will be freshly baked the night before and
delivered – so it can be frozen but that is by you … everything will need to be
removed on the day.

Orders and money need to be in to me by FRIDAY 6th February –
details with order form - Order forms have been emailed or will be at school for collection – any questions contact myself or Angela

TABLES OF 8 $10/HEAD

We need 20 tables at least – for it to be a good night

8 x race tickets/betting vouchers

If these can be chased up asap – it will be appreciated
